PAYMENT*We accept Pay-pal, Revolution Money Exchange, Visa, Mastercard and Cash.
Before beginning any custom work, Pay-Pal & RME payments must first clear when paying from a bank account. Cash payments must also arrive first before any work will begin.
SHIPPING
*All PRE-MADE order items: We ask for 5-7 business days turn around for shipping after order is placed.
*All CUSTOM order items: We ask for 2-4 week turn around time, and 2-3 days to ship after final approval.
*During some holiday seasons, please allow 4-6 weeks turn around time.
*We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the shipping carrier.
*If outside of the US, please contact us for a specific shipping cost for your location.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
*Sorry custom works are non-refundable.
*Smile Maker Memories is not responsible for damage due to the carriers. We recommend purchasing insurance if provided.

*On all custom orders a picture will be emailed to you for approval before shipping.
